1. Shipment processing time:
All orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a day. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Please ensure your shipping address is correct. Gliméra is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, or incorrect addresses provided.

2. Shipment confirmation & Order tracking:
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email after within 24 hours starting from the time you place your order. You will also receive a tracking number in the Shipment Confirmation email that will be active within 24 hours from the time the confirmation email is sent.
3. Damages:
If you received your order damaged, please contact us to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged producta before filing a claim.
