Cancellation Policy:
Order Cancellation Within 2 Days (Not Yet Shipped):
Orders placed within 2 days but not yet shipped will be canceled. We appreciate your understanding.
Exchange Policy:
Damaged or Non-Working Items:
If the product arrives damaged or non-working, please send to our support team photos, videos and mention your order number and reason for return. So we can exchange it. P.s: Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging otherwise it cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
Gift Voucher for Damaged Order:
If the customer prefers not to exchange a damaged order, we will assess the possibility of providing a gift voucher. Approval from management is required before issuing the voucher, which will then be provided to the customer.
